Part 2

Ok so they don't look much different, but the chest and its drawers have had their first coat of paint.

The chest is painted with British Paints "Antique White U.S.A." and the drawers were "Ashville" (pale grey).

I have also bought the knobs from amazon. Lovely clear glass vintage style flowers.

Primed

New blog time.
I'll post furniture resorations, food, fashion etc.

Today is part one of my chest of drawers.
I got the inspiration from Centsational Girl and her tutorial here.

So far the chest of drawers is primed, I used Zinsser's "cover stain", which seems to be what just about everyone recommended.

The first three images have had one coat of primer, the last one has had two. Already looks better than the boring pine...
